1. Services
Worth Cleaning Services provides domestic, commercial and end of tenancy cleaning services in Sittingbourne and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
A booking is confirmed once agreed between both parties.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if necessary.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are agreed in advance based on the scope of work.
Payment is required either after the service is completed or as agreed prior to the booking.
We reserve the right to adjust prices if the condition of the property differs from what was described.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Access to Property
The client must provide access to the property at the agreed time.
If access is not provided, a fee may be charged.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• provide safe working conditions
• inform us of any risks or hazards
• secure fragile or valuable items
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care while providing services.
However, Worth Cleaning Services is not liable for:
• normal wear and tear
• pre-existing damage
• indirect or consequential losses
Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
8. Insurance
We are fully insured for public liability, giving you peace of mind.
9. Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will aim to resolve the issue.
10. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or update services at any time.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
